Instructions for 2010-2011 Mini-grant application

Critical Dates :
Application is due to your principal by Friday, September 24, 2010.

Copy is due to Curriculum Department by Wednesday, September 29, 2010.

• Applications must speak sufficiently to the criteria used in evaluating requests (see below).
• Duplicate applications for the same project in the same school will be treated as one application for a maximum of $1,000. Applications with substantially the same text as another application will be assumed to be for the same project.
• Applications must be computer generated. 
• Materials submitted for a grant award will not be returned.
• Applications, including both the signature page and the project description pages, must be returned to your principal by the deadlines noted above. 
• Applications, including both the signature page and the project description pages, must also be emailed in Microsoft Word to MEF Program Chair Kathy Kollasch  kkollasch@msd.k12.or.us by the same time.
